Working for Charity | Make that Difference

If you are considering working for a UK registered charity there are many roles which may be appropriate for your skills. Like any other business, most charities need general staff in addition to those which specifically relate to charity work. These include administrators, maintenance staff, accountants, human resources and a professional marketing & communications team.

Members of staff that are employed for their specific set of skills and experience within the charity sector include community, corporate and events fundraisers and roles dedicated to trusts, grants and legacy management. And the senior management team which relates to these. Of course, depending on the type of charity, specialist staff may also be required such as nurses, doctors, aid workers or veterinary professionals.
